Lorraine McDonald, BUC Education Director

Like many other secondary schools across the country, Year 11 students from Stanborough Secondary School, sat externally marked GCSE examinations for the first time since 2019, after two years of disruption to their education. Despite lockdowns, remote learning, illness, and self-isolation, Stanborough Secondary School is pleased to report:

82% of students received grades 9-4 in 5 subjects, (including English and Maths) 100% of students received grades 9-4 in Maths 91% of students received grades 9-4 in English Literature 82% of students received grades 9-4 in English Language

We congratulate our students for their patience and endurance during this difficult period and give God thanks for what they have received. Let us continue to pray for them as they progress onto the next stage of their learning.
