On 10 September 2026 the first British Union Conference (BUC) Executive Committee (ExCom) of the quinquennium was held in the BUC boardroom with 25 people in attendance. There are two key decisions which we bring to the attention of the membership in the field.
Voted the Appointment and Re-Appointments of Directors
The following individuals were appointed or re-appointed to serve throughout the territory:

Appointed – Pastor Adriana Fodor, Executive Secretary, Welsh Mission (WM)
Re-appointed – Pastor Christian Salcianu, Principal, Adventist Discovery Centre (ADC)
Re-appointed – Pastor Dusanka Rancic, Editor, Stanborough Press (SP)
Re-appointed – Elisabeth Sangüesa, General Manager, Stanborough Press (SP)
Appointed – Alan Rodney, Property Manager (BUC)
Irish Mission to become a Conference
From the presentation to the ExCom on 12 March 2026 regarding the progression from Mission to Conference status, the Irish Mission (IM) has now completed the criteria and it was voted on 10 September to recommend the request to the Trans-European Division (TED) for consideration in line with the TED Working Policy B75 10.
Reflecting on the decision, Pastor Adam Keough, IM President said, “We are looking forward with great anticipation to becoming a Conference, hopefully working towards a Conference Session in 2027.” He concluded by stating that, “it was a joyous occasion that I was able to share this news with the membership in the Irish Mission at the recent Day of Fellowship on 12 September.”
