It is with great sadness that we have learned of the passing of Margaret Anthony, beloved wife of Pastor Martin Anthony (former BUC president). Together they had two children, Helen and Wendy (deceased).
Margaret had two older brothers, Dr Sig Edwards and Pastor Ron Edwards.
She spent many years as a special needs and teaching help at both Hyland House School and Stanborough Primary School. She was also a church deaconess for many years both at Stanborough Park and Bournemouth churches (head deaconess).
She loved to serve and had a real heart for the young, the old and the sick. In so doing she was always caring and understanding for the needs of others. Margaret was a dignified and calm Christian lady with a heart of gold.
Our hearts and prayers go out to Martin, Helen and the extended Anthony family.
The funeral service will take place on Friday, 30 October at 11:00 am, The Barn, Harbour View Crematorium, Funeral Home and Woodland Burial Ground, Randalls Hill, Lytchett Minster, Dorset, BH16 6AN. Link here.
