It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Pastor Frederick Mapp, who died peacefully on Wednesday, 27 August 2025, at the age of 77.
Pastor Mapp was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and a much-loved colleague in ministry. He faithfully served as a Pastor and Ministerial Association Secretary at the North England Conference, where his dedication to God's work and pastoral care blessed many. Family, friends, and the wider church community will greatly miss him.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, 29 September 2025, at 10:00 am at Manchester South Seventh-day Adventist Church, 13 Wilbraham Road, Fallowfield, Manchester, M14 6JS. This will be followed by the burial at Heaton Cemetery, Gilnow Road, Bolton, BL1 4LH.
