About the Job
The British Union Conference (BUC) of Seventh-day Adventists is looking for an Accounts Clerk. The responsibilities of the role are to provide essential support to the BUC Treasury Team which include to:
Arrange payments for suppliers and other payees. Accurately enter financial data into financial management systems. Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all financial documentation is properly filed and organised.

About You
To join us as an Accounts Clerk you will need at least:
Capability to learn new software and systems quickly. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy. Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and establish good working relationships at all times. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Demonstratable success in planning and management of routine work. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Effective verbal, listening and communication skills. A flexible, responsible, and responsive attitude.

Location: Watford, England Seniority Level: Entry level Employment Type: Permanent Hours of Work: 36.75 hours per week Salary: £ 21,882 - £ 27,850 (including regional weighting) annual Seventh-day Adventist Church pay scale range. Actual pay will be based on your skills and experience. Benefits: Statutory annual leave according to England and Wales. 15% Additional Employer Group Pension Scheme contributions.
