Welcome to a new chapter of BUC News. As we move forward as a British Union Conference, our communication strategy is evolving to better serve, inform, and unite our church family.
Moving forward, the BUC News newsletter will be published on the first Friday of every month, with an editorial focus on articles, features, and stories of national interest. Our goal is to highlight the broader vision, theological reflections, and major initiatives shaping our Union. For local church updates and regional news, we kindly ask that you direct your stories to the Communication departments within your respective Conferences and Missions, who are best positioned to celebrate your local milestones.
Because our world moves quickly, our digital approach is also shifting. Time-sensitive news will now be posted directly to our BUC News Facebook and Instagram platforms as it happens. Additionally, the corporate and professional aspects of the church’s operations will be shared on our LinkedIn page.
At the core of this new multi-platform direction is a steadfast commitment to being more accountable and transparent with you, our members. Open communication is essential to building trust and fostering a healthy church. As 1 Corinthians 4:2 reminds us, “Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.” We take this responsibility seriously.
